Business Growth Leads to Additional Service Support
ST. LOUIS (April 17, 2007) - Datotel, LLC, announced today that it's expanding into a second office location in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. The St. Louis-based state-of-the-art information technology collocation facility and managed services provider will open an office May 1 in the WingHaven neighborhood of O'Fallon, Mo. to better geographically serve clients west of St. Louis.
"The addition of a second office location makes sense for our clients and our employees," said David Brown, president of Datotel. "Our downtown office provides collocation and other high availability services supported by on-site technical experts, 24/7. The WingHaven office allows staff to help preserve natural resources and staff time with shorter commutes and faster geographic access to our clients in St. Charles County and out-state Missouri when on-site service is necessary."
The new office, in the corporate building at 1001 Boardwalk Springs Place, will serve as a work station for the sales and management teams as well as employees for whom the shorter commute to an O'Fallon, Mo. office makes sense. Employees who manage the collocation center and the Network Operations Center will continue to operate in the downtown St. Louis facility, as well as those for whom the city commute is shorter.
Datotel will embrace technology to manage staff from a distance and maintain cohesiveness. "We will use technology tools such as Microsoft's Live Communicator for videoconferencing, encrypted file transfer and instant messaging, keeping the lines of communication open at all times between offices."
St. Louis, Mo.-based Datotel, LLC provides highly available business solutions including a carrier-class data center facility complemented with a full suite of IT services to manage technology systems.
