DATOTEL Expands Executive Team

Standard recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants attesting to the internal controls placed in operation

ST. LOUIS ( Sept. 29 , 2006) - Datotel, LLC, a St. Louis-based state-of-the-art information technology collocation facility and managed services provider, today received a SAS 70 report attesting to the effectiveness of the internal controls placed in service during 2006. Third-party reviewer Swink, Fiehler & Company, a St. Louis-based business and full-service CPA and consulting firm, performed the in-depth project. Developed and recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SAS 70 report ensures that a service provider, in this case Datotel, designs and places into operation an effective internal control environment to host and protect clients' sensitive data.

"We proactively sought this report to better serve our customers with a seamless IT suite of services that has been evaluated and tested by uniform reporting standards our clients can rely upon," explained David Brown, president of Datotel. "This value-added certification gives our clients the peace of mind that our controls and processes were designed well and are operating effectively. Datotel's SAS 70 certification also differentiates us from our competitors. It helps our clients prepare for an easier and more streamlined external audit; in fact, our clients can turn this report over to their auditors as they begin planning their own financial statement audits."

Datotel soon plans to bolster its SAS 70 certification with other certifications, which will be announced shortly. The additional certifications will help Datotel meet the demands of recently signed customers, as well as future prospects.

"We were pleased to partner with a fellow St. Louis business to better serve the local business community with a solution they can count on," explained Steve Schueppert, Swink, Fiehler & Company ( www.sfccpa.com ).
